Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Run to Work (runtowork.com), operated by Norbeck Technologies. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

Run to Work provides AI-assisted call answering, appointment scheduling, messaging, remote support, and back-office assistance. Features vary by plan and may change as the product improves.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity of users you invite to your workspace.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Calls, recordings, and messages

Calls handled on your behalf may be recorded and transcribed for quality and record keeping. You are responsible for providing any notices or consents your jurisdiction requires, and for the content of messages sent on your behalf.

6. Telephony integration and call routing

(a) Customer configuration responsibility. You acknowledge that Run to Work operates via inbound call routing and requires you to configure call forwarding (for example, conditional forwarding on busy, no-answer rollover, or simultaneous ring) through your third-party telecommunications carrier or PBX provider to a dedicated routing number provided by Norbeck Technologies. You remain solely responsible for enabling, maintaining, and verifying proper carrier-level call forwarding settings.

(b) Third-party carrier fees and services. Any fees, charges, or restrictions imposed by your telecommunications provider (including, but not limited to, call forwarding charges, usage minutes, or SIP trunking fees) are solely your responsibility. Norbeck Technologies is not liable for dropped calls, failures to route, or service disruptions caused by your carrier, internet service provider, or misconfigured PBX settings.

(c) Service scope. Run to Work's AI reception and answering services only activate upon successful receipt of a routed call at the designated system endpoint.

7. SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Run to Work by Norbeck Technologies relating to appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up to your enquiry, and callback coordination after inbound calls or chats. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, or to send content you lack the rights to send. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its carriers at risk.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
